29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace (Construction Reference 1926.103):  a) Jobsite located at 1325 Beach Street, Philadelphia, PA: On or about October 29, 2021,  the employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine each employees ability to use a respirator before requiring the use. The employer required employees to wear respirators such as, but not limited to   Airline Respirator (Bullard 88VX Series), 3M Half Facepiece Respirator (Model 6100)  and 3M Filtering Facepiece Respirator (Model 8210/8511), while performing  sandblasting and concrete cutting activities.

Employees were engaged in sandblasting and concrete cutting operations, exposing them to respirable crystalline silica.
