29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) 290 North Main Street, Kalispell, MT.: On or about October 26, 2021, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet to the ground below while cutting down plywood and attaching it to the roof of a commercial building without fall protection.
