29 CFR 1910.140(c)(18): The employer did not ensure that personal fall protection systems are inspected before initial use during each work shift for mildew, wear, damage, and other deterioration, and defective components are removed from service. (a) At 111 N Clarendon Ave. Avondale Estates, Georgia. On or about October 27, 2021 climbers were exposed up to approximately 27-foot fall hazards to the lower level where the anchor point was not inspected before each use.
