Two 100 foot extension cords were not protected from damage when hey were placed across a dirt road where motor vehicle traffic was driving over the power cords.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. (a) Employee(s) engaged in framing building 8 located at 8900 Maurer Court, Lenexa, Kansas were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10-1/2 feet due to no fall protection system being provided for the south stairway where employees traveled between the first and second level. There were no fall protection system for the stairway for travel to the 2nd floor. (b) Employee(s) engaged in framing building 8 located at 8900 Maurer Court, Lenexa, Kansas were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10-1/2 feet due to no fall protection system being provided for the south stairway where employees traveled between the first and second level. There were no fall protection system for the opening around the access/egress opening on the second floor.
