29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs necessary to ensure compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Standards:        Employee(s) engaged in framing work using fixed ladders, powered tools, fall protection, and etc. at 8900 Maurer Court, Lenexa, Kansas were exposed to struck by and fall hazards in that the employer had not developed nor implemented safety and health programs that provide construction hazard recognition guidelines to mitigate those hazards.

29 CFR  1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I):CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)[I]:  Flexible cords and cables were not protected from damage:  Employee(s) engaged in using a 100 foot extension cord to provide power to air compressors and other electrical equipment at building 8 located at 8900 Maurer Court, Lenexa, Kansas were exposed to electrical hazards.  Two 100 foot extension cords were not protected from damage when hey were placed across a dirt road where motor vehicle traffic was driving over the power cords.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  (a)  Employee(s) engaged in framing building 8 located at 8900 Maurer Court, Lenexa, Kansas were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10-1/2 feet due to no fall protection system being provided for the south stairway where employees traveled between the first and second level.  There were no fall protection system for the stairway  for travel to the 2nd floor.    (b)  Employee(s) engaged in framing building 8 located at 8900 Maurer Court, Lenexa, Kansas were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10-1/2 feet due to no fall protection system being provided for the south stairway where employees traveled between the first and second level.  There were no fall protection system for the opening around the access/egress opening on the second floor.
