29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2):The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury. (a) Location - 43 Lincoln Street, Manchester By The Sea, MA On or about 11/04/2021, the employer did not instruct employees operating a Whiteman Power Buggy WBH-16 in the recognition of unsafe work conditions and control of hazards during the placement of concrete. As a result, employees were exposed to stuck by hazards from uncontrolled movement of equipment.
