29 CFR  1926.501(b)(4)(i):Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights), more than six feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes.  The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards. This was most recently documented on or about November 9th, 2021 in Elkhorn, Nebraska. Upon entry to the residential structure, a hole was located on the main level of the residential structure. The hole was not protected by a guardrail or other fall protection system.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(13):The top or top step of a stepladder shall not be used as a step.  The employer is failing to protect his employees from fall hazards associated with framing operations on a new residential home located in Elkhorn, Nebraska. This was most recently documented on November 9th, 2021.  The exposed employee was observed using the top of the ladder as a step.

29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  The employer is failing to protect an employee that was exposed to a struck-by hazard. An employee was engaged in residential framing activities using a skill saw without using eye protection. This was most recently documented on or about November 9th, 2021, in Elkhorn, Nebraska.  502 Framing LLC  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1545726, citation  number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10-05-2021, with respect to a workplace located at 11714 S 119th Ave, Papillion, NE 68046.

The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards. This was most recently documented on or about November 9th , 2021 in Elkhorn, Nebraska 68022. Two employees were observed working on a residential structure conducting framing operations. The exposed employees were working on top of the roof of the residential structure at heights over 16 feet- No fall protection was being utilized.  502 Framing LLC  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1545726, citation  number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 10-05-2021, with respect to a workplace located at 11714 S 119th Ave, Papillion, NE 68046.
