29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: The employer is failing to protect all employees exposed to fall hazards when conducting framing operations on a residential structure. This was most recently documented on or about January 18, 2022 at a residential construction jobsite located at 7408 S 185th St., Omaha Nebraska. The exposed employees were on the top plates/trusses of the residential structure, working at heights over 6 feet and not utilizing any form of fall protection. 502 Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1545726, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on October 5, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 11714 S 119th Ave, Papillion, NE 68046. 502 Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1562764, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on January 4, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 21701 G Street, Elkhorn, NE 68022.
