29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: On or about November 10, 2021, at the training room/office areas. Relocatable power taps used for office equipment such as computers, monitors, scanner, and battery back-ups were series-connected and not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle in the following work areas: a. At the National Preparedness workstation. b. At the Public Assistance and Emergency Management workstation. c. At the National Flood Insurance workstation. d. At room #215 office area. NOTE: Certification of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
