29 CFR 1910.178(l)(5):The employer did not evaluate the competency of the operator who had previously received training appropriate to the truck and working conditions encountered. WAREHOUSE/BUILDING 3: On/or about October 26, 2021, the employer had not re-trained and evaluated an employee who had previously been trained by a former employer prior to the operation of the company powered industrial trucks (PITs). A temporary employee operating a powered industrial truck had an incident with another employee operating a powered industrial truck resulting in injuries. ABATED DURING THE INSPECTION.
