29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: 238 Holyoke St., Ludlow, MA: On or about November 10, 2021, employees were observed engaged in residential roofing activities, more than 13 feet above the next lower level (ground) and were not protected from falls by means of either guard rails systems, safety net systems or a personal fall arrest system exposing them to fall from height hazards. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
