Storage area located above the parts office; On or about November 8, 2021, employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 9 feet when they accessed a storage area located above the parts office that was not protected with a guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall protection systems.

29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. At the 4165 South Lee Street, Buford, Ga. job site, on or about 11/1/2021, an employee incurred a hand injury resulting in a hospitalization. The employer did not report the hospitalization within 24 hours and instead reported to OSHA on 11/3/2021. Caliber Holdings Corporation DBA Caliber Collision Center was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1904.39(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1470357, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/28/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 18622 S. Route 59, Shorewood, IL 60404.
