29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:   On or about November 16, 2021, an employee was observed performing residential work while standing on a balcony that was not provided with any type of fall protection system.  This condition exposed employee to hazard from heights of 6 feet or greater from the lower level.  Tiger Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1554405, Citation number 01, Item number 01a and was affirmed as a final order on 11/05/2021, with respect to a workplace located at Intersection Of 200 Castellano Dr.500 Festival Dr.  El Paso, TX 79912.
