29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) Jobsite: On or about November 17, 2021, two employees were not protected from falling while they worked at the edge of the roof. The fall hazard to the two employees was about 18 feet to the ground.

29 CFR 1926.503(c):The employer did not retrain affected employees who already had been trained but demonstrated inadequate understanding and skill required by paragraph (a) of this section: (a) Jobsite: On or about November 17, 2021, the employer needs to retrain the two employees who were working on this site in how and when to use fall protection to minimize fall hazards in the workplace.
