On the Jackson Chipper operators platform, there was exposed wires where the employee stands to operate the machine throughout the day.  b. In Warehouse #2, employees were required to access the electrical panel to operate the lights on a daily basis. They were exposed to live parts due to the panel cover not being installed.  c. In the Shipping department, there was an electrical panel that had the face plate removed.   d. On the Veneer Mill Lathe West, on the underside of the catwalk, there was a damaged electrical outlet that had wires exposed. Wires were wrapped around a metal conduit that could become energized and shock any employee who touches the metal structure.   e. On the Veneer Mill Lathe East, on the underside of the catwalk there were numerous wires that were tested to be live that were exposed to inadvertent contact by any employee walking by.  f. On the Jacks Chipper Conveyor belt control panel, there were exposed electrical wires near acetylene hoses. Employees had the acetylene hoses draped over the conveyor to perform maintenance on a different machine.   g. On the front side of the Veneer Mill Lathe West, near the dryer, there was exposed electrical wires and a damaged light fixture.   h. On the Veneer Mill Lathe West, electrical control panels, there were exposed wires. The covers for the boxes were not closed, and had the majority of their fasteners removed.
