29 CFR 1910.95(g)(6):At least annually after obtaining the baseline audiogram, the employer did not obtain a new audiogram for each employee exposed at or above an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels : a.) Carpenter Latrobe Specialty Metals-Sandy Lake dba Carpenter Technologies, on or about December 9th, 2021 and times prior thereto, employees exposed to noise levels greater than 85 dBA while conducting work operations in and around areas including, but not limited to, the Line # 3 Peeler and Line #3 Burnisher were not provided with annual audiograms since August of 2019. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
