Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1). Morais Concrete Service Inc was previously cited for a violation of this exact standard 29CFR 1926 C (2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1539452 citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/26/2021, with respect to a workplace located across from 182 King St., Northampton, MA.
