29 CFR  1910.305(g)(2)(iii):Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws:  SEARCH SHED: A red extension cord (10G/20A SJTW, single receptacle, 50ft), was not provided with strain relief, and the outer jacket had separated from the plug at the female end, exposing employees to electrical hazards.

29 CFR  1910.303(b)(2):Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a)	SECONDARY SEARCH AREA: A 15A relocatable power tap supplied power to a coffee pot (8.125A), a hot/cold water dispenser (4.5A), Lasko heater (12.5A), a string of lights (0.15A) and two 15A yellow extension cords, exposing employees to electrical shock hazards and burns. b)	SECONDARY SEARCH AREA: A 15A relocatable power tap was "daisy chained", exposing employees to electrical shock hazards. The relocatable power tap was plugged into an extension cord (yellow cord #3) and supplied power to three additional extension cords (yellow cords #6 and #7, and white extension cord #1).  c)	1-19 CHECKPOINT: Six yellow extension cords (12G/15A SJTW) and a red extension cord (10G/20A SJTW) were "daisy chained" together and in use, exposing employees to electrical shock hazards. The yellow cord #1 was plugged into a 20A wall receptacle and powering a second yellow extension cord, which was powering a third yellow extension cord with 3 receptacle's. This cord (yellow #3) branched out to power the fourth and fifth yellow cords. The fourth yellow extension cord was providing power yellow cord #8 and a portable heater. Yellow cord #8 was providing power to a second portable heater. Yellow cord #5 was providing power to a red extension cord which provide power to a wall mounted receptacle box. The U.S. Border Patrol-Nogales was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910. 303(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1335083,  notice 1, item number 4, issued on September  28, 2018, which was affirmed as a final order on October 25, 2018 with respect to a workplace located at 1500 West La Quinta, Nogales, AZ 85621.  The U.S. Border Patrol-Tucson Sector was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910. 303(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1335138,  notice 1, item number 6, issued on September  28, 2018, which was affirmed as a final order on October 24, 2018 with respect to a workplace located at 2430 South Swan Road, Tucson, AZ 85711.
