29 CFR  1910.1025(h)(1): Surfaces.  All surfaces shall be maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead.  On or about April 22, 2022 a wipe sample conducted by OSHA revealed that the red knob in the front panel of the cab, had lead surface contamination of 259.56 micrograms per square foot (ug/ft2). Employees were exposed to lead from contact with contaminated surfaces.  Abatement Documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
