29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. On or about December 2, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing residential carpentry operations on a roof twenty one (21') three (3") inches above the ground was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards. St. Andrews Carpentry, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1535959 , citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 21, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1607 Moran Dr., Shorewood, IL 60404. St. Andrews Carpentry, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1458776, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 5, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 729 S. Loomis Ave., Naperville, IL 60540.
