29 CFR 1910.132(e): The employer did not ensure that employees were not using defective or damaged personal protective equipment in the workplace: (a) AZZ Inc. at 4400 East 61st Avenue in Commerce City, Colorado: On or about December 3, 2021, and at times prior, employees were permitted to use damaged flame resistant coveralls, which they wore to protect themselves from molten zinc during metal galvanizing operations in the kettle area. This exposed employees to a burn hazard.

This could result in eye damage.
