29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) Worksite was located at 1020 Larsen Road, Jackson, NJ 08527  Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 30 feet to ground as they were working on a 5:12 rise roof of a new construction, multi-family residence with no fall protection equipment on.  Violation was observed on or about December 3, 2021.
