29 CFR 1910.132(a):Protective equipment was not maintained in a sanitary and reliable condition: (a) 16401 Table Mountain Parkway, Golden CO 80403: On or about December 6, 2021, and at times prior, personal protective equipment was not maintained in a sanitary and reliable condition. Butyl rubber gloves used when handling corrosive materials were observed to have cracks in the fingers and the inner lining had worn away in places.
