29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: (a) Pikes Peak Plastics Co. at 707 Hathaway Dr. Colorado Springs, CO 80915: On or before 12/7/2021 the employer did not develop specific procedures for equipment that utilize more than one energy source as required by this standard. Employees operate and perform maintenance on plastic injection molding machines. This condition exposed employees to hazardous energy. Abatement Note: Abatement Certification is required for this item. See enclosed "Certification of Corrective Actions Worksheet."
