Additionally, the line-of-sight to an exit sign must clearly be visible at all times. Location: 1 Colony Road Jersey City, NJ 07305 - warehouse a) Employees exposed to smoke inhalation hazards; Multiple emergency exit signs were obstructed by stocked wood materials and could not be observed by staff in the working area on or about 11/29/21.

Location: 1 Colony Road Jersey City, NJ 07305 - warehouse a) Employees exposed to struck by hazards while performing forklift and pallet shrink wrap operations without observing staged palletized equipment and industrial vehicles during the direction of travel, resulting in a collision. The incident occurred on or about 11/24/21.
