29 CFR 1926.150(a)(4): All firefighting equipment was not periodically inspected and maintained in operating condition: Jobsite - On or about December 7, 2021, the fire extinguisher mounted on the Lull 644E-42 all terrain forklift had no periodic inspection tag on it and was not maintained in operating condition where the gauge showed the extinguisher needed recharge.
