29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: a) Pepperidge Farm, Inc. located at 421 Boot Road, Downingtown, PA 19335: On or about December 8, 2021, the employer did not ensure an inspection of energy control procedures was conducted at least annually and met all requirements of the standard, including inspection performed by an authorized employee other than the employee(s) utilizing the energy control procedure, correction of any deviations or inadequacies identified, a review of responsibilities under the inspected energy control procedure, and a written certification of the inspection.
