29 CFR 1904.40(a): The employer did not provide an authorized government representative the records within the four business hours. A) During the opening conference for the inspection the compliance officer asked the employer for the OSHA 300 logs for the previous three years as well as the OSHA 300A Summary sheets for those years. On a later date the employer was asked again to provide these documents and no documents were provided.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6):Workplace labeling. The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace is labeled, tagged or marked: A) In the line maintenance shop, there was a plastic container with a brown oily liquid. The container did not have any kind of labeling or marking to indicate what its contents were. Using or handling unknown chemicals could result injury if the employee is not aware of its hazardous nature, any hazardous effects that arise from mixing the chemical with incompatible materials, or how flammable they may be.
