29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:                                                                                                            a) Exterior, Roof Level of house: Employees were exposed to eye/face injuries while using pneumatic nail guns and were not protected with any type of eye/face protection, on or about 12/14/21.

29 CFR 1926.150(a)(1): The employer did not develop and maintain a fire protection program to be followed throughout all phases of construction and demolition work, and/or did not provide for the firefighting equipment as specified in this subpart:  a) Supreme Exterior Contractors LLC, does not ensure that employees have available fire fighting equipment at the jobsite. This violation was most recently observed at 176 Hasbrouck Heights Ave Hasbrouck Heights NJ. The employer did not provide any fire fighting equipment at the jobsite. Gasoline fueled compressor was  being use.  Extra gasoline to fuel was stored in gas cans on the site, on or about 12/14/21

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):   Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph (b)   a) Exterior, Roof of the house: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 28 feet while engaged in roofing work on the roof of a house without a means of fall protection in place, on or about 12/14/21.

29 CFR  1926.552(b)(1)(ii): No person shall be allowed to ride on material hoists except for the purposes of inspection and maintenance.   a) Building Exterior front: The employer did not provide proper access to the roof which was approximately 28 feet above lower levels. Employees were using a material hoist track to access the roof of a residential home, on or about 12/14/21.  b) Building Exterior front: The employer  allowed three employees to descend the material hoist at the same time, on or about 12/14/21.
