The employees were using tools such as but not limited to a pneumatic nail gun and shingle removers without eye/face protection, on or about 07/19/2022. Supreme Exterior Contractors LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1568879, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/27/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 176 Hasbrouck Ave, Hasbrouck Heights, NJ 07604.
