Employees were using pneumatic nail guns while framing a house. The employees were not utilizing eye protection, thereby exposing employees to struck-by hazards to the eyes. b) David Estuardo Ramirez, at a jobsite located at Lot 298 at Ellington Village, Granville, Ohio 43023: On and/or preceding December 14, 2021, the employer failed to ensure employees wore safety glasses while utilizing power tools that presented struck-by hazards to the eyes and face. Employees were circular saws while framing a house. The employees were not utilizing eye protection, thereby exposing employees to struck-by hazards to the eyes.
