At the establishment located at 6125 Sunnyvale Dr, Orlando, FL, employees were exposed to fall hazard in while working on an approximately 20 feet and 12/6 pitch roof without fall protection provided, On or about December 17, 2021. Alan's Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1236127 citation number1 , item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 28, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 5151 Dalehurst Drive, COCOA, FL 32926.
