On or about December 17, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing residential carpentry operations, thirteen (13) feet six (6) inches above the ground, was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.  b.  On or about December 17, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential carpentry operations, eight (8) feet four (4) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.  c.  On or about December 17, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential carpentry operations, nine (9) feet five (5) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.
