Holdings Inc. Dba J.H. Routh Packing Co. on or about December 17, 2021 at the address of 4413 Bogart Rd. Sandusky, OH: The employer did not ensure that the point of operation of the Front-matic hind foot saw on ham line located in cut floor department was adequately guarded. Employee cutting pork products on this saw in this condition, were exposed to amputation hazards.
