Country Truck & Auto LLC., 13030 County Road 20 Fort Lupton, CO 80621: On and before December 21, 2021, the employer had not developed a written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix). Employees were required to wear tight fitting respirators when detailing and or painting in the Detail Department. This condition exposed employees to a respiratory hazard.
