29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws:  (a) On or before August 11, 2025, the employer did not protect employees from electrical shock hazards, in that the flexible cord of an upright fan which was plugged into an electrical outlet in Bay 4 was damaged. The outer sheathing was damaged thus exposing the inner insulated wires.    (b) On or before August 11, 2025, the employer did not protect employees from electrical shock hazards, in that the flexible cord of the Coppus Power Plus fan which was plugged into an electrical outlet in Bay 8 was damaged. The outer sheathing was damaged thus exposing the inner insulated wires.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures, or other means listed under this provision:  (a)	On or before August 11, 2025, the employer did not protect employees from electrical shock hazards, in that a 120-volt electrical outlet box was missing a faceplate in bay 8.  Duct tape was used as a cover.    (b)	On or before August 11, 2025, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from electrical shock hazards, in that the cover to a 220-volt electrical outlet was damaged, thus exposing the energized wires inside. This outlet was in the southwest corner of the detail shop which was energizing an air compressor.

29 CFR 1910.101(b): Compressed gas cylinders were not stored in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, as adopted by 29 CFR 1910.101(b):  On or before August 11, 2025, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from struck-by and fire hazards, in that an oxygen cylinder in the main building was stored upright and was not secured with a chain or strap to prevent it from being knocked over.

29 CFR 1910.334(a)(2)(ii): There was a defect or evidence of damage that could have exposed an employee to injury and the defective or damaged item was not removed from service:  On or before August 11, 2025, the employer did not protect employees from electrical shock hazards in that a Portacool shop cooler located near the east shop door was plugged in and used with the flexible power cord missing the grounding prong.
