OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: On or about December 27, 2021 the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards from compressed Nitrogen cylinders in the following instances: 1) Compressed Nitrogen cylinders were not properly secured in a storage cart or storage rack while being used. 2) Compressed Nitrogen cylinders were being transported in a horizontal position
