OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment that were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by hazards.   a) Building 5965, 61 Station Road, East Windsor, NJ:   Employees when assigned to perform work from building #5965 to buildings 5960 or 5966 located at 58 Station Road and 66 Station Road, were exposed to being struck by vehicular traffic to include commercial and industrial vehicles traveling at rates of speed as high as 40mph, when crossing a 4-lane median roadway without a pedestrian crosswalk, and at times when the vicinity was not adequately illuminated and driver visibility was low.     Occurred on or about January 2, 2022.
