29 CFR 1910.134(k)(3): The employer did not provide training prior to requiring the employee to use a respirator in the workplace: Across the CZT Energy USA Inc. establishment: On or about May 9, 2024, and at times prior thereto, employees using galvanizing spray were required to wear respirators while operating assembly lines for manufacturing pipes when a respiratory protection program had not been developed and implemented.
