29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): At a new home in construction located at 462 SE Wallace Ter., Port Saint Lucie, Florida 34953: On or about 1/5/2022 and at times prior, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 8 feet to ground level while flying trusses onto a new residential construction and were not using any methods of conventional fall protection system. The MCruz construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1476608, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/09/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 720 SW McCall St., Port Saint Lucie, Florida 34953.
