29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: (a) This violation occurred on or about January 07, 2022, at the job-site located at 2060 Buffalo Hill Drive, Mesquite, TX; where employees were doing framing work on a new residential single family house using a Makita circular saw, model no. 500-7F, serial no. 294511 to cut plywood. Employees were not wearing safety glasses and were exposed to eye injuries.

JUAN GABRIEL RAMIREZ WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 1926.501 (b)(13) OR ITS EQUIVALENT WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1343266, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM 1A THAT WAS ISSUED ON SEPTEMBER 14, 2018 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 2307 SAN MARCOSNULL, FORNEY, TX 75126.
