On or about January 11, 2022, and times prior thereto, the top-rail on stairways utilized to access upper landings of storage area(s) was not 39-inches or above exposing employee(s) to fall hazards on the following walking-working surface(s): a) At the chemical testing room, stairway vertical, b) At the boiler room, stairway vertical.
