29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:  a.  On or about January 10, 2022, at the north side of Building #1, the employer exposed employees to a 9 feet fall hazard to the floor below, in that 7 employees were installing roof trusses while walking/standing on trusses resting horizontally on the top plate without a fall protection system.  b.  On or about January 10, 2022, at the north side of Building #1, the employer exposed employees to a 41 feet fall hazard to the ground, in that 2 employees were at the edge grabbing materials from a Genie Telehandler without a fall protection system.  Dorian Trejo Gonzalez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1471414, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on July 29, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 200 Page Bacon Road, Renaissance at Santa Rosa, Mary Esther, Florida, 32569.  Dorian Trejo Rubio (sic) was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1372652, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on July 24, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1853 West Gordon Street, Remerton, GA, 31601.
