29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a.  At the condominium construction site at 780 Island Point Drive in Jacksonville Florida, on Building 1, on the 4th floor balcony at the northeast corner: On or about December 29, 2021, and at times prior, the employer exposed 2 carpentry employees who were installing wall sheathing to a 30-foot fall hazard in that they were not protected by a fall protection system.  Dorian Trejo Gonzalez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1471414, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a Final Order on July 29, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 200 Page Bacon Road, Renaissance at Santa Rosa, Mary Esther, Florida, 32569.  Dorian Trejo Gonzalez and its predecessor, Dorian Trejo Rubio, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1372652, Repeat citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a Final Order on July 24, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1853 West Gordon Street, Remerton, GA, 31601.
