In the following locations where corrosive chemical materials such as Spartan NABC concentrate bathroom cleaner; Auto Chlor products including MACH Turbo, D-Grease, Super 8 cleaner, Scale Kleen, MACH Enviro Dry; Pure Bright Bleach concentrate were handled and eyewash stations were obstructed and not available for immediate use:  (a)  Inside Casino, First Floor Janitorial Closet: The emergency eyewash station was blocked by floor cleaning equipment, mop buckets, and brooms.   (b) Inside Casino, First Floor Janitorial Closet Near Cash Cage: The emergency eyewash station was removed.  (c)  Inside Casino, First Floor Janitorial Closet Near Rueben Grill seating area: The emergency eyewash station was blocked by floor cleaning equipment, mop buckets, and brooms.  (d)  Inside Hotel, First Floor Janitorial Closet: The emergency eyewash station was blocked by floor cleaning equipment, mop buckets, and brooms.  (e)  Inside Hotel, Second Floor Janitorial Closet: The emergency eyewash station was blocked by floor cleaning equipment, mop buckets, and brooms.
