29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: a) Precision International; On or about January 4, 2022 and times prior, employees perform servicing and maintenance activities such as changing blades on bandsaws and cannon plugs on the CNC drill. The employer did not perform annual periodic inspections of the energy control program to ensure the requirements of the energy control standards are met.
