29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1):All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms and walking-working surfaces were not kept clean, orderly and in sanitary condition: (a) First floor loading dock area, between dock 25 and dock 26: On and before January 12, 2022, the stairway leading to the exit door was littered with papers and plastics. The employees were obstructed with an unclean exit path in the event of an emergency. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard. (b) Second floor, Men's locker room : On and before January 12, 2022, employees frequently used the locker room throughout their shift for various purposes including storing personal items. Employer was not able to maintain the locker room in clean and orderly condition from the trash and/or debris buildup from the top of the lockers and the walkways. Employees were exposed to fall and/or struck by hazards.
