29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a. Site - On or about December 11, 2021, subcontractor employees engaged in roofing activities on a steep roof were not utilizing fall protection and were exposed to falls of over 11 feet. Lane Roofing LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1394769, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on July 19, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 259 East Main Street, Hampstead, NH. Lane Roofing LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1328071, citation number 2 , item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on August 17, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 314 Main St., SANDOWN, NH 03873.
