29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person(s). (a) Location - 411 Kenoza Street, Haverhill, MA On or about 11/09/2022, Lane Roofing LLC, as a controlling employer did not ensure that frequent and regular inspections of the job site were performed by a competent person. Employees of subcontractor, Top Notch General Contracting, Inc., were exposed to fall hazards of greater than 6 feet above a lower level. The Lane Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1562062, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/09/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 3 Mount Pleasant Street, Derry, NH.
