29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2): Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about January 18, 2022, at a construction site located on 6443 SH 105 Conroe, Texas employees were engaged in installing roof edge and seams at the leading edge of the roof with unprotected side and edges without a personal fall arrest system.
