29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Located @ Creekside / Oxford Park, Lot 65, 7787 Richmond Trail, Fairburn, GA 30213: On or about 2/13/2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards while working at eave heights above 11 feet from the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided while framing the roof of a residential structure.
